The product is vastly superior to other e-cig offerings in the USA, and I will never buy any other. My only caveat is the quality control and supply chain issues that periodically occur. Seven of the cartridges in this order did not fit in the battery, so I was disappointed in that regard. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4. Perfect all day flavor and superior cigalike performance. I don't give it five stars because it is never in stock and that leaves heavy users without their daily ecigs for weeks, sometimes months; especially the ones who buy by the carton. I can't recommend them much because then I would be competing for my doses with my own friends when stock is available! Customer Service Reply: Manufacturing delays and lack of raw materials we've encountered during the pandemic unfortunately affected our stock, but a new batch of SNAPS cartridges is already on the way to us and it will arrive shortly. Possibly the best electronic cigarette tobacco flavor. I have tried many ecig brands, none comes close to ePuffer Premium tobacco flavor. Well done!
