Important Notice: U.S. Shipping Suspended Due to Operational Changes - August 5, 2025

We hope this message finds you well. We’re writing to inform you of an important change in our operations.

As part of a strategic restructuring, we have made the decision to cease all shipping and fulfillment from our U.S. location. Effective immediately, our New York service center has begun the process of shutting down, and we will no longer be processing or delivering orders within the United States.

This decision was not made lightly. It comes as we evaluate and adjust our business model in response to evolving regulatory and operational challenges. During this period of transition, our primary focus is on ensuring a smooth and responsible wind-down of our U.S. operations.

What this means for you:

We are no longer accepting or fulfilling orders within the United States.

All outstanding U.S. orders that have not been shipped are being reviewed, and affected customers will be contacted individually.

Our Canadian operations will continue, and we may resume select international services in the future, once restructuring is complete.
