By placing an order, the purchaser accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by the said TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. This agreement supersedes any other verbal or written agreement between an ePuffer.com representative and any customer or prospective customer.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (unless otherwise specified).
The payment method is selected during checkout. All transactions are processed through 128-bit SSL secure online payment system. Credit card payments are subjected to fraud screening and additional information may be required to complete your transaction. In some instances, you may be required to provide a photocopy of identification and the credit card used in your order.
We make every effort to immediately ship all orders placed and paid for by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (excluding US Postal / Canada Post Holidays). Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. All goods are shipped via USPS / Canada Post carrier. Delivery delays are not the responsibility of ePuffer.com, however we will act on the customer's behalf to solve freight problems with the appropriate carrier. ePuffer cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. We insure all Express and Priority service packages and use a shipper, such as USPS, EMS and Canada Post that allows you to track your package. Actual product or product packaging delivered may vary slightly from the product image shown.
We offer FREE First Class shipping for U.S. orders of $50 or more.
If free shipping is selected, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package. * Free shipping applies only to addresses within the lower Continental 48 United States.
EPUFFER's Underage Delivery restriction policy for the state of California.
All first time product orders, which fall under EPUFFER's age verification program, are sent using USPS Adult Signature Restricted Delivery service. A valid ID and the signature of a specific addressee who must be 21 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery. USPS will not release the package under any circumstances to anyone not meeting these requirements.
How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen. We ship using USPS Air / Canada Post Express services. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery in North America. Items purchased during holiday seasons may take longer than usual.

WARRANTY, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the product for their own use and come with 1 year limited warranty. ( Limited Warranty: Atomizers / Liquamizers / Clearomizers – 14 days, Personal Charging Cases and Batteries - 60 Days, E-Pipe Bowls - 180 days, USB and Wall Chargers – 1 year )
Customers must request an RMA authorization prior to returning any merchandise to ePuffer.com Authorization may be obtained by email or contact us form.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items (bonuses) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
For hygienic reasons we will not provide a refund for used/opened e-liquid bottles, ecigarette cartridges and disposable electronic cigarette and ecigar models. In case of disposable product malfunction, we would be able to arrange a replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase.
All warranties are voided if the returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged and are subject to 20% restocking fee if not in resalable condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for an exchange or refund.
Warranty, Refund and Exchange on product(s) purchased from EPUFFER's authorized dealer or distributor.
We do not provide warranty, service or a refund on products purchased from our authorized dealers or distributors. Please contact the dealer/distributor where you originally purchased your product to arrange service or refund. Typically, you must include product identification information, including the model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.
