Please Note: Free shipping is offered for purchases handled by USPS First-Class Service. If free shipping is selected, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.

We make every effort to immediately ship all orders placed and paid for by 2:00pm EST (excluding federal holidays).

All first time product orders, which fall under ePuffer's age verification program, sent using USPS Adult Signature Restricted Delivery service. A valid ID and the signature of a specific addressee who must be 21 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery. United States Post Courier will not release the package under any circumstances to anyone not meeting these requirements.

Priority shipping option is handeld by USPS Delivery Service.

Orders placed before 3PM ( Mon-Fri ) will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders placed after 3PM ( Mon-Fri ) will arrive within 2-4 working days.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend are sent on Mondays (excluding holidays).
