I love this company but I have received around five different cartridges that don't fit in the battery... very disappointing.

I've tried the rest I will only get my vapes from Epuffer.

This is an amazing company! I placed my very first order with them and things arrived in a very timely fashion. BUT, I quickly discovered the extra battery I ordered, wasn't included AND the very first Snaps cartridge I pulled out didn't fit the batteries I had in my starter kit. I called them and within 4 minutes was speaking with a human being. She quickly insured me my extra battery would ship today and she explained to me the manufacturing error that created the ill fitting cartridges and their process for correcting it. More than pleased and the Snaps are as close to real as you can possibly get. I was a former eCig user and these are better - lighter and closer to real.

I have used e puffer since I quit smoking and now my husband is using it also. I would have given 5 stars but there have been several times that things I use have been out of stock and I have asked for someone to email me when they were back in stock and was told they would and no one ever got back to me. When I checked back is when I found out that the things I use were back in stock. Other than that it is a 5 star review all the way and I have recommended puffer to several people.
