Hello to all EPUFFER personnel, I honestly never thought I was gonna write this, but after more than 33yrs of smoking reds and blues (3 packs a day) , I finally QUIT. Thank you lord for you guys to be there helping us achieve the impossible. I have been smoking your snaps for almost 3 months and it all started from there. I did try other competitors over the past 3 years and they were good but NOT as SUPERIOR as you. At Epuffer, your products are TOP notch, excellent ecig technology (Snaps are the BEST) your ever made, flavors are indescribable, my favorites are the LUX ,Robusto , and the 5x5. All your products are the best ever existed on the vape market.

I do love these ecigs, probably my favorite I've ever tried. I like that you can slowly reduce the nicotine % in each cartridge, it helps a lot when you're using these to quit smoking. They are very sleek looking - but this is not a good feature if you're as clumsy as I am! If you do buy these and are clumsy...be sure to hold on extra tight...they're smooth and slippery and both of mine slipped out of my hand right under my passenger seat, where they will remain forever.

The thing I like most about epuffer goes way beyond their products. I've been using the epipe 629 for 4-5 years (and they're wonderful). They have been updated several times, improving the product each time. It's the way in which they connect with their customers that I like most. It's far superior to other companies. I have had many conversations over the years with Shawn and his team. They always listen carefully to feedback, both positive and negative, being sensitive to customer concerns. They actually listen and the results are improved products. I've never gotten that "shove it down my throat" attitude that you get from others who have the mindset of, "if you don't like it...go somewhere else." Thanks Shawn, to you and your team for always listening. For being honest, courteous, and responsive. You make me feel more like a partner than a customer. If you ever decide to produce automobiles, please let me know. I'll be first in line to buy one!

Your customer service is the best there is!! On Friday 05.10. I was writing to you about a problem with a D-1800 Ecigar and yesterday 05.12.I received a package with a new D-1800 in it! That is one more good reason to buy from your company again and the fact that your Ecigars are very,very good.

Have been using ePuffer products for over 4 years. High quality, reasonable price, outstanding customer service. Have been using both, Titan and Phantom. Durable, good battery life, coils last for up to two weeks. Have tried other brands, but came back to this one and stay with them.
