If I could give this company and it’s staff 100 stars, I would! Epuffer has a fantastic lineup of top quality products, all across the board. I love to keep it simple these days so I’ve been a huge fan of their SNAPS kit. Literally, the best ecig kit you can find anywhere on the market from top to bottom. Right off the bat, you can see and feel the fine quality, and unmatched realistic aesthetics of the SNAPS E-Cig kit. Best I’ve ever seen.
Their customer service is the best I’ve ever received from a vape company. It’s actually probably the best I’ve ever received from any company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa with a few minor issues and she did not hesitate to take care of business for me with the quickness and made sure that everything was 100%. I agree with the person who suggested to give Lisa a raise! Lol. She’s one of the best in the business. Love E-puffer!! I tried a few vapes but none of them as good as e-puffer been enjoying them for a couple years now. It's so easy to call and order what you want.Just a day or so I have my order. So very convenient no more store to store tracking down some e-cigs!!

Also you thought of what a vape smoker would like to carry with them a extra battery and cartage a charging case what a Awesome idea!! E-puffer you've covered all the bases for a enjoyable way to smoke without smoking a real cigarette!

Hello to all EPUFFER personnel, I honestly never thought I was gonna write this, but after more than 33yrs of smoking reds and blues (3 packs a day) , I finally QUIT. Thank you lord for you guys to be there helping us achieve the impossible. I have been smoking your snaps for almost 3 months and it all started from there. I did try other competitors over the past 3 years and they were good but NOT as SUPERIOR as you. At Epuffer, your products are TOP notch, excellent ecig technology (Snaps are the BEST) your ever made, flavors are indescribable, my favorites are the LUX ,Robusto , and the 5x5. All your products are the best ever existed on the vape market.
I just wanted to thank all of you deep from my heart for presenting such services to your customers and your more than friendly customer service and support are so wonderful and the best to deal with .

I do love these ecigs, probably my favorite I've ever tried. I like that you can slowly reduce the nicotine % in each cartridge, it helps a lot when you're using these to quit smoking. They are very sleek looking - but this is not a good feature if you're as clumsy as I am! If you do buy these and are clumsy...be sure to hold on extra tight...they're smooth and slippery and both of mine slipped out of my hand right under my passenger seat, where they will remain forever.

The thing I like most about epuffer goes way beyond their products. I've been using the epipe 629 for 4-5 years (and they're wonderful). They have been updated several times, improving the product each time. It's the way in which they connect with their customers that I like most. It's far superior to other companies. I have had many conversations over the years with Shawn and his team. They always listen carefully to feedback, both positive and negative, being sensitive to customer concerns. They actually listen and the results are improved products. I've never gotten that "shove it down my throat" attitude that you get from others who have the mindset of, "if you don't like it...go somewhere else." Thanks Shawn, to you and your team for always listening. For being honest, courteous, and responsive. You make me feel more like a partner than a customer. If you ever decide to produce automobiles, please let me know. I'll be first in line to buy one!
