Dear Customers,
The US government recently passed a new law which is a provision related to the PACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) Act, that prohibits the shipping of all e-cigarettes and vape-related products through the USPS system.
Unfortunately, private shipping companies including FedEx and DHL have followed the suit and already stopped shipping vape products to consumers. UPS has announced that they will stop shipping vape products on April 5th. USPS has until April 27th, but it is likely they will stop sooner than this deadline. In accordance with the new law, April 4th may be our last day of shipping – unless something changes.
We hope that all vapers will stand united with us against these regulations. For those wishing for their voice be heard, there are limited options (but not none). Keep in mind that Congress is ordering the USPS to impose the shipping ban. It was not the choice of the USPS, and they have no leeway to go against the order.
CASAA (Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association) has issued a call to action, complete with suggested talking points for vapers and vaping advocates to use in their comments to the USPS as well as to members of Congress. It’s extremely important that the USPS and (especially) Congress hear how this law will hurt customers. We urge you to visit https://casaa.org/call-to-action/usps-vape-mail-ban-comment/ and be heard.
We are looking into all possible alternative methods, like finding a local courier (we operate from New York) to cover at least our home and neighboring states.
We won't quit fighting, and we hope you won't either. We’ll keep you updated as we know more.
*Note: Please refrain from calling our customer support line concerning shipping, as this will slow down our normal response times. Please submit a support ticket with any questions concerning the PACT Act.
Thank your for your continued support and patronage!
